P\u00ed\u0161e se &#8222;obec dala pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch h\u00e1k\u016f ud\u011blati a je v bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch a v\u0161em v obci v\u011bdom\u00fdch m\u00edstech opatrovala&#8220; a d\u00e1le se p\u00ed\u0161e o opatrovatel\u00edch h\u00e1k\u016f, d\u017eber\u016f a o &#8222;br\u00e1ni\u010d\u00edch ohn\u011b&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sbor dobrovoln\u00fdch hasi\u010d\u016f v \u010cermn\u00e9 byl zalo\u017een 11.srpna 1879.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1891 byla zalo\u017eena \u010cesk\u00e1 zemsk\u00e1 hasi\u010dsk\u00e1 jednota, kter\u00e1 sdru\u017eovala tehdej\u0161\u00ed hasi\u010dsk\u00e9 sbory. Byly vytvo\u0159eny \u017eupy a n\u00e1\u0161 sbor pat\u0159il k \u017dup\u011b poho\u0159\u00ed orlick\u00e9ho se s\u00eddlem v \u017damberku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1899 se \u010dermensk\u00fd sbor rozd\u011blil na dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti &#8211; sbor pro horn\u00ed a doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st obce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1900 zalo\u017eilo 7 hasi\u010dsk\u00fdch sbor\u016f \u010ceskou \u017eupu okresu Lan\u0161krounsk\u00e9ho \u010d. 111, se s\u00eddlem v m\u011bstysi \u010cermn\u00e1. \u017dupn\u00ed starosta Cyril Pech\u00e1\u010dek vedl tuto \u017eupu a\u017e do roku 1938, kdy z\u00e1bor pohrani\u010d\u00ed ukon\u010dil jej\u00ed \u010dinnost. Po skon\u010den\u00ed v\u00e1lky ji\u017e \u017eupn\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nebylo obnoveno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1945 bylo rozhodnuto o v\u00fdstavb\u011b nov\u00e9ho hasi\u010dsk\u00e9ho domu, na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9 zbrojnice v Doln\u00ed \u010cermn\u00e9. V roce 1946 byl za nezm\u011brn\u00e9ho \u00fasil\u00ed \u010dlen\u016f tehdej\u0161\u00edho sboru, z dar\u016f a p\u016fj\u010dek \u010dlen\u016f a ob\u010dan\u016f postaven a slavnostn\u011b otev\u0159en nov\u00fd hasi\u010dsk\u00fd d\u016fm. P\u0159em\u00edst\u011bna sem byla \u010dty\u0159kolov\u00e1 ru\u010dn\u00ed st\u0159\u00edka\u010dka a trofejn\u00ed vozidlo MERCEDES 170 V. Pozd\u011bji byla technika dopln\u011bna o p\u0159enosnou motorovou st\u0159\u00edka\u010dku PS8 a n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidlo STAYER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasi\u010dsk\u00e9 sbory byly p\u0159evedeny do svazu po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany a z hasi\u010d\u016f se stali po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edci. Odpov\u011bdnost za rozvoj po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany p\u0159evzaly N\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdbory, ministerstvo vnitra a org\u00e1ny st\u00e1tn\u00edho po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edho dozoru. P\u0159i ONV byla z\u0159\u00edzena Okresn\u00ed inspekce po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany. V roce 1966 byla ob\u011b na\u0161e hasi\u010dsk\u00e1 vozidla vy\u0159azena a jako n\u00e1hradu dostal n\u00e1\u0161 Dobrovoln\u00fd ve\u0159ejn\u00fd po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed sbor zachoval\u00e9 vozidlo CARPATI a dvoukolovou st\u0159\u00edka\u010dku DS16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hasicivh.webnode.cz\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"422\" height=\"329\" data-id=\"33546\" src=\"https:\/\/dolni-cermna.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/auto.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33546\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dolni-cermna.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/auto.jpg 422w, https:\/\/dolni-cermna.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/auto-300x234.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 639px) 98vw, (max-width: 1199px) 64vw, 422px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Hasi\u010di Velk\u00e9 He\u0159manice<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1971 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k profesionalizaci po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany. Je zalo\u017een Okresn\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fd po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00fatvar v \u00dast\u00ed nad Orlic\u00ed a postupn\u011b jeho deta\u0161ovan\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b v Lan\u0161kroun\u011b, Kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u00e1ch, \u017damberku a Vysok\u00e9m M\u00fdt\u011b. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed techniky. Nov\u00e1 je um\u00eds\u0165ov\u00e1na na \u00fatvary a star\u0161\u00ed je p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1na dobrovoln\u00fdm jednotk\u00e1m. Na\u0161e technika je dopln\u011bna o cisternov\u00e9 vozidlo PRAGA RN CAS-16. A v roce 1977 o dal\u0161\u00ed vozidlo PRAGA RN AS 16. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bna techniky n\u00e1sleduje v roce 1983, kdy je star\u00e1 cisterna nahrazena vozidlem CAS 16 RTHP a v roce 1985 je dopravn\u00ed vozidlo nahrazeno sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ovou Avi\u00ed DV-12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1konem 133\/1985 Sb. je mimo jin\u00e9 stanoveno plo\u0161n\u00e9 pokryt\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed jednotkami po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany. Jsou vybr\u00e1ny jednotky a rozd\u011bleny do kategori\u00ed. Ze \u010dlen\u016f po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edho sboru je vybr\u00e1na jednotka a jej\u00edm velitelem je velitel sboru Pavel Hanus. Jednotka je za\u0159azena do kategorie JPO III. \u010clenov\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed slu\u017ebu v JPO dobrovoln\u011b. \u00dazemn\u00ed p\u016fsobnost jednotky je zpravidla do 10 minut j\u00edzdy z m\u00edsta dizlokace. Zaji\u0161\u0165uje v\u00fdjezd do 10 minut po vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed poplachu. Dojezdov\u00e1 vzd\u00e1lenost 7,5 &#8211; 10km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u0159izovatelem jednotky je podle z\u00e1kona 133\/85 Sb. obec. Obec je povinna zajistit dohodu o \u010dinnosti v jednotce, zabezpe\u010dit odbornou p\u0159\u00edpravu, zdravotn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky \u010dlen\u016f jednotky. Mimo jin\u00e9 je povinna udr\u017eovat akceschopnost jednotky, zajistit materi\u00e1ln\u00ed a finan\u010dn\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro \u010dinnost jednotky, zajistit \u00fadr\u017ebu techniky, budov a.p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po roce 1989 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m. Novela z\u00e1kona 203\/1994 reaguje na zm\u011bny ve spole\u010dnosti. Po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edci se op\u011bt naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed hasi\u010di. Vznik\u00e1 hasi\u010dsk\u00fd z\u00e1chrann\u00fd sbor a hasi\u010di vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed nejen k po\u017e\u00e1r\u016fm, ale tak\u00e9 k dopravn\u00edm nehod\u00e1m, \u017eiveln\u00fdm a jin\u00fdm ud\u00e1lostem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1992 vyst\u0159\u00eddal ve funkci velitele jednotky Pavla Hanuse Josef Peichl st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spojen\u00ed s opera\u010dn\u00edm st\u0159ediskem HZS, nejd\u0159\u00edve pomoc\u00ed telefonu doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sir\u00e9ny, pozd\u011bji pomoc\u00ed z\u00e1kladnov\u00e9 radiostanice je spu\u0161t\u011bna sir\u00e9na a sign\u00e1l p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do koncov\u00fdch &#8222;pager\u016f&#8220;, kter\u00e9 nos\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 jednotky p\u0159i sob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1996 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b cisterny za nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed CAS 25 RTHP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po roce 2000 do\u0161lo k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed integrovan\u00e9ho z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Vedle jednotek hasi\u010d\u016f sem pat\u0159\u00ed Zdravotnick\u00e1 z\u00e1chrann\u00e1 slu\u017eba a Policie \u010cR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e jednotka proch\u00e1z\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u0159adou zm\u011bn. Jsou znovu kontrolov\u00e1ny dohody o \u010dinnosti, prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed se zdravotn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky. Velitel\u00e9 a strojn\u00edci jsou vys\u00edl\u00e1ni na \u0161kolen\u00ed a kurzy. Jsou po\u0159izov\u00e1ny z\u00e1sahov\u00e9 obleky, p\u0159ilby a obuv. Je po\u0159\u00edzeno plovouc\u00ed \u010derpadlo. V roce 2004 je jmenov\u00e1n do funkce velitele Jan Svoboda. Jsou po\u0159\u00edzeny d\u00fdchac\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje, motorov\u00e1 pila a dal\u0161\u00ed vybaven\u00ed. \u010clenov\u00e9 jednotky proch\u00e1zej\u00ed odbornou p\u0159\u00edpravou na jej\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed spojen\u00ed s opera\u010dn\u00edm st\u0159ediskem HZS. P\u0159i vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed poplachu pomoc\u00ed sir\u00e9ny jsou vyrozum\u011bni \u010dlenov\u00e9 jednotky pomoc\u00ed mobiln\u00edho telefonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clenov\u00e9 jednotky se mus\u00ed vyrovnat s nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00edmi prostorami st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho hasi\u010dsk\u00e9ho domu, ale tak\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00ed pot\u0159ebu po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed techniky. Finan\u010dn\u00ed situace obce nedovoluje po\u0159\u00eddit novou techniku. Na\u0161lo se ale \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v podob\u011b bezplatn\u00e9ho p\u0159evodu techniky od HZS Pardubick\u00e9ho kraje. Po slo\u017eit\u00fdch jedn\u00e1n\u00edch se poda\u0159ilo z\u00edskat p\u0159\u00edslib o p\u0159eveden\u00ed hasi\u010dsk\u00e9 cisterny LIAZ 18.29 XA CAS25 od HZS Lan\u0161kroun. Vhledem k jej\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ce ji v\u0161ak nebylo mo\u017eno um\u00edstit do st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed gar\u00e1\u017ee. Po jedn\u00e1n\u00edch na obecn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159ad\u011b bylo nakonec nalezeno nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v podob\u011b \u00fapravy hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho dvora soused\u00edc\u00edho s budovou O\u00da. Projekt \u0159e\u0161il v\u00fdstavbu gar\u00e1\u017ee pro 2 st\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0161atnu jednotky, soc. za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a sklad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce byly zah\u00e1jeny 26.3. 2008 a v zim\u011b t\u00e9ho\u017e roku ji\u017e st\u00e1la cisterna v nov\u00e9 gar\u00e1\u017ei. B\u011bhem zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f prob\u00edhala v\u00fdstavba skladu a soub\u011b\u017en\u011b byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny v\u00fdm\u011bny zkorodovan\u00fdch plech\u016f v doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti nov\u011b po\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho vozidla a proveden nov\u00fd lak. Celkem bylo odpracov\u00e1no zdarma \u010dleny z\u00e1sahov\u00e9 jednotky 3200 hodin na stavebn\u00edch \u00faprav\u00e1ch a dal\u0161\u00edch 400 hodin na oprav\u011b techniky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010d\u00e1tkem kv\u011btna do\u0161lo k p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed druh\u00e9 cisterny a dal\u0161\u00edho vybaven\u00ed do nov\u00fdch prostor.
